Christina Morales Hemenway-- Writer/Director/Performer/Coach

 

In Michigan, Christina won a superior vocalist award for the state and earned a full scholarship to study under the world famous mime Marcel Marceau.

 

In Los Angeles, she attended California Institute of the Arts [CalArts] and graduated with a BFA in Theater. She stayed in the L.A. area to explore her interests in screenwriting, singing, songwriting, movement theatre and filmmaking. While there, she wrote and directed

shorts, music videos and feature films. Her film "Dreammaker" won either the Audience Choice Award or Best Feature Film in every festival in which it has played, and has enjoyed successful screenings in Los Angeles, Chicago, Louisville, Ann Arbor and Rome, Italy. Her next film, "Naked Angel," was an official selection of the Detroit Windsor Film Festival and has enjoyed successful screenings at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor and the Screen Actor's Guild Foundation in Los Angeles. It also won six awards from the Stauros Inspirational Film Festival, including best story and best direction. She premiered her latest feature film, a romantic comedy entitled "Bride+1", at the world famous Chinese Theater on Hollywood Blvd. to rave reviews and is excited to release the film for the whole world!

In between films she enjoys caring for her two wonderful sons and coaching others on body language, acting, filmmaking,  presentational skills, energy rebalancing and meditation.
